The Spanish airline will operate four daily flights from Linate, the nearest airport to Milan city center, and a fifth daily flight from Malpensa. In 2018, Iberia will offer 686,000 seats on the route, up 30% from the current year. Starting on 22 January 2018, http://www.iberia.com/it/ will improve its services to passengers flying from Milano. The Spanish airline, which currently operates four daily return Madrid-Milan flights, two to the Linate airport and two to Malpensa, will now operate five daily flights, four from Linate and one from Malpensa airport. “Both business travellers and holidaymakers will benefit from our new Milan service,” commented Celia Muñoz, Iberia’s Senior Manager for Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia. “We are not only adding flights and seats on the route, but maintaining our presence at both Linate and Malpensa airports, thus ensuring a faster and more comfortable travel experience for all our passengers.” Iberia, which started flying from Milan to Madrid in April 1964, will offer 686,000 seats in the route in 2018, a 30% increase from the current year.
